Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 28, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of the execution of official duties by the Incheon District Court on August 28, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 6, 2013.

On October 21, 2013, at around 15:45, the Defendant sent a 112 report to the police officer that he was frighted by damaging the landscaping of the elderly on the street in front of the 100th Dong-dong Incheon Dong-dong, Dongcheon-dong, Incheon Central Police Station B, and arrested Defendant C of the police box box B of Incheon Central Police Station B, who was aboard the patrol boat, and arrested the Defendant’s walk to the scene, and then interfere with the police officer’s legitimate performance of official duties.
