A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 17, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in June, 2017 by the Daegu District Court for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury). On July 25, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years.
