Defendant

A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1.5 million.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B is a person who drives Csi.

No driver of any motor vehicle, etc. shall inflict any danger or injury on other persons or cause any danger to traffic by continuously or repeatedly maintaining a safe distance, changing a course or violating overtaking, etc.

Nevertheless, at around 23:00 on August 23, 2018, the Defendant driven the above taxi in the section of approximately 7.6 km near the Gun guard in the vicinity of the Hancheon-dong, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, and caused danger to traffic by making a sudden change in the lane, such as making a rapid change in the lane, 3 times a violation of overtaking, 4 times a violation of overtaking, 3 times a failure to secure a safety distance, etc., by continuously or repeatedly driving the vehicle, without securing a safety distance from the mast vehicle as described in paragraph (2).

2. Defendant A

A. On August 23, 2018, at around 23:05, the Defendant was driving a DM car and operated three-lane roads near the west Road in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu, the victim B (51 years old) turned down a higher level from the Defendant’s behind the vehicle, as described in paragraph 1, while passing the vehicle, the Defendant changed the lane to the front line of the above EM car and stopped on several occasions without any obstacle on the road.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

B. In the same time and place as in the preceding paragraph, the injured Defendant stopped the taxi in front of the taxi driven by the victim B at the same time and place as in the preceding paragraph, and then, the injured Defendant gets off the said taxi driver’s seat, with the victim’s left hand, with the victim’s breath, and treatment for about two weeks is provided to the victim in a case where the victim’s left breast with the victim’s hand can take the buck.
