A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than six months and a fine not exceeding 300,000 won.

If the above fine is not paid, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 14, 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered one of the victim D on the front road located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and accessed the gap in which the surrounding surveillance was neglected; and (b) stolen with the victim’s license plate attached to the victim’s OE by returning the number plate to his/her hands.

2. Illegal use of air defense, or violation of the Automobile Management Act;

A. A. On August 15, 2018, around August 15, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime committed at the Blue House (hereinafter referred to as Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul), as described in paragraph (1), unlawfully used the two-wheeled vehicle license plate, air, which was an air, by arbitrarily attaching it to the Blue House, which was a stolen Etha, as described in paragraph (1) for the purpose of exercising.

B. On November 13, 2018, around November 13, 2018, the Defendant unlawfully used the number plate of a two-wheeled vehicle, air holia 125 Oba, which was arbitrarily attached to the E, as described in paragraph (1), for the purpose of exercising it on the frontway of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

3. Unlawful events for the protection of air;

A. On August 15, 2018, the Defendant, around 16:13, on August 15, 2018, committed the crime, exercised the air defense that was illegally used by the Defendant, by operating the above bed and attaching the number plate voluntarily, such as the description of paragraph 2(a), on the road near the upper Dokdong Station in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

B. From November 13, 2018 to November 14, 2018, the Defendant: (a) exercised the air units with the number plate voluntarily attached, as described in paragraph (b) from the front day of Mapo-gu Seoul to the front day of Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu to November 14, 2018; and (b) exercised the air units unlawfully used by the Defendant, which were operated with the number plate voluntarily attached, as described in paragraph (b).

4. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On August 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) driven the said Beaco on August 15, 2018, without a motorcycle driver’s license, on the road near the Sangdo-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul.

B. From November 13, 2018 to November 14, 2018, the Defendant committed a crime.
