Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Around October 2010, the Defendant heard the question that the victim E and the victim F who were living in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D are imperded, and requested to obtain the unfolded evidence by securing the evidence, paying money to the neighbors, eating a trust to the neighbors, and passing the personal information of the victims on November 2010 to G who was in a business relationship, and securing the unfolded evidence by securing the evidence of the victims.
