Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 3,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

No act of causing confusion with another person's goods by using any product identical or similar to another person's name, trade name, trademark, container or package widely known in the Republic of Korea, or any other product bearing another person's goods, or by selling, distributing, importing, or exporting such product.

" and "VICR" is a trademark registered in its country by the VBBS Investment Co., Ltd., which is a company of China, with trademark rights registered in its country. (State), Big Data Co., Ltd., which is delegated by the above company with some rights and exercise of the above trademark, has registered the trademark in the Republic of Korea as of August 16, 2010, and the above trademark is widely known in the Republic of Korea as a trademark of the goods related to the PBS.

Meanwhile, the Defendants were to import and sell sports supplies with the trade name “F” on the third floor in Seongbuk-gu Seoul E, and Defendant B was to import and sell sports supplies with the trade name “G” from January 4, 2010. From October 2013, the Defendants were to import and sell sports supplies with the trade name “F” while doing business with Defendant A.

From November 27, 2013 to April 8, 2014, the Defendants indicated that the Big (VICR) was designated as the uniforms of the national representative athletes of the Badton Olympic Games, and it was well-known trademark in the Republic of Korea using a well-known brand in the Edton players and club, and that the trademark of the said Taiwan company was not registered in the Republic of Korea, and that the designated goods of the trademark "" registered in the Republic of Korea were missing, and that the trademark "F" was missing. From November 27, 2013 to April 8, 2014, the trademarks widely known in the Republic of Korea as "F", which were used as the introduction of "H (one person)", a trademark registered in the Republic of China as "H (one person "Ma-910 F)", which was used as the big sports (one person "Ma-910 F) 1,250,000 won per 25,00 won, and then sold "Nex 105,05,50.
