A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 24, 2008, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1,500,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon branch on October 24, 2008, and on August 29, 2013, the summary order of KRW 5,00,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act was issued by the Daegu District Court Kimcheon branch on August 29, 201.
