A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 04:00 on June 6, 2019, the Defendant: “C Hospital will have a cab hand” in front of the Dongdong-gu Busan, Busan; “C Hospital future,” upon receipt of 112 report, recommended police slope E, police patrol boat F to pay a taxi fee and return home, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of official duties by using violence, such as assaulting at the time of drinking drinking twice, and obstructing the police officer’s 112 report.
