Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 7, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Eastern District Court for fraud, etc. The above judgment was finalized on June 10, 2015, and the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspended execution in August 20, 2015 by imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Eastern District Court for a crime of violating the Trademark Act. The above judgment became final and conclusive on August 28, 2015.
The defendant is the owner of Branchisa car.
Where it is intended to modify matters prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries among the structures and devices of motor vehicles, the owner thereof shall obtain approval from the head of a Si/Gun/Gu
Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining the approval of the competent authority, replaced the inside of the said vehicle from “D”, which is a motor vehicle constructor located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Jung-gu, Seoul, with a high-grade discharge lamps (name HIDD), thereby changing the structure and devices of the motor vehicle.
