1. The Defendants shall be jointly and severally liable:
A. 3/7 shares to Plaintiff A among the real estates listed in Schedule 1, 2, 6, and 7, attached Table 1.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Details of the arrangement on payment in kind by Defendant H Co., Ltd. 1) International development (hereinafter “international development”)
I and 10 parcels of land in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, where the original conventional market had been established (hereinafter referred to as “instant land”).
) A building (the name of K/L was changed to that of K/L on the ground of Section 2 of the J market;
hereinafter referred to as “instant building”
(2) According to the Plaintiff’s statement of the Plaintiff’s certificate Nos. 3 through 11 [K supply contract] submitted on February 23, 2002, the date of the said payment agreement is not February 23, 2002, but on May 17, 2002, and May 18, 2002, the owner of the instant land was granted a building permit under the name of an international development alone. 2) The Plaintiff asserted that the date of the agreement is February 23, 2002 from the date of the claim for payment in lieu of the Plaintiff’s complaint and the cause of the claim for payment in lieu of the Plaintiff’s complaint of this case as the date of the agreement on February 23, 2002.
From international development, the right to implement the new construction project of this case, including the rights and obligations to the building permit of this case, is transferred to KRW 3.5 billion, and the agreement was made to pay in full the eight and nine floors of the newly constructed building in lieu of payment of the price, M, N,O, plaintiff E, C, and G, which are some owners and merchants of customary markets, among the land of this case, to pay in kind the area and location of the 1 and the 2th floor of the building of this case as indicated below.
