Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 1, 2014, the Defendant, at the C branch located in Kimpo-si B, applied for installment financing in the amount of KRW 10,000,000, monthly installments 303,760, monthly installments 36 months, and the installment period of KRW 36 months from the victim capital Co., Ltd.
