A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. In principle, on September 14, 2015, the Labor and Labor Relations Commission’s agreement on the background of the instant assembly and demonstration and the past Korean Democratic Trade Union Federation (hereinafter “Private Labor Union Federation”) agreed on the structural reform of the labor market on September 14, 2015 (hereinafter “Labor and Labor Relations Commission”). The agreement of the Labor and Labor Relations Commission was strongly contrary to the “Labor and Labor Relations Commission’s agreement”, and the “government’s strong strike for the prevention of any subsequent measures by the Government,” was led to seeking the activation of the strike under the direction. However, due to the agreement of the Labor and Labor Relations Commission, there was a relatively low interest of the citizens in the labor market structural reform, the power of the strike was also lowered accordingly.

As a result, the President of the Republic of Korea decided to hold a large-scale public-private partnership campaign jointly with citizens and social organizations, such as democratic activities against the "Korean National Association of Agriculture and Forestry," which occurred against the "National Association of Agriculture and Forestry," "Franchising rice price decline, ratification of the Korea-China FTA," and "PP accession," etc., each year before and after the date of the C's death (the date of November 13, 1970), and announced that a large-scale public-private partnership campaign should be held as a "large-scale public-private partnership campaign" jointly with citizens and social organizations, such as citizens against the "former Domins of Agriculture and Forestry," and 100,000 won as of September 22, 2015.

On November 14, 2015, the "Private-Public General Stoption Headquarters" is planned to proceed with the prior assembly at the relevant place by five sectors in total, consisting of the labor (Seoul Square), farmers (Seoul Sponro), citizens (Seoul Monro Park), Maro Park (Seoul Mon Park), and Maro Park (Seoul Mon Park), and in accordance with each prior plan.
