On October 31, 2014, at around 21:55, the Defendant driven a knife vehicle B in the section of approximately 150 meters prior to the Daegu-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 550 “Glinization Maintenance” in front of the “Glinization Maintenance”, the Defendant driven a knife vehicle at the section of approximately 150 meters prior to the same 443-1 ri-dong.
