Criminal facts

Around 22:00 on October 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was drunkly in the Enonae room operated by the victim C(62 years old); (b) on the ground that, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant refused the Defendant’s request by the victim to discern things or make decisions, the victim was unable to do so; (c) when the victim’s face and body was frighted due to drinking and launchings, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, such as the mouth of the bones madro, which requires approximately four weeks of medical treatment; (d) putting the victim into a car transport; (e) putting the victim into the knick; (e) putting the chair in the sing room; (e) breaking the sing glass door; and (e) breaking the victim’s face into the floor where the victim was worn, thereby destroying the victim’s face; and (e) damaged the victim’s 2, 2 of the glass.
