The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted, the lower court is justifiable to have determined that the Defendants guilty of the facts charged (except for the part of innocence against the Defendants and acquittal against Defendant C) on the grounds indicated in its reasoning.

In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on deception or fraud

The Supreme Court precedents or lower court rulings cited in the grounds of appeal are different from the case of this case, and thus it is inappropriate to invoke this case.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
