On October 26, 2019, around 03:58, the Defendant driven B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.142% at the 13km section of approximately 13m high-frequency 518m high-frequency, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, from the road near a fluorial tree located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
