A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 6, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (the injury caused by dangerous driving) (the Defendant), while driving a motor vehicle B under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.196% at around 18:50 on the blood, and driving a motor vehicle at the 0.196% of alcohol level at the same time in Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul, along the 6-lane road in front of the fall market at the remote distance from the 4-lane of the new high school.
