On the same day, at around 16:29 of the same day by using the personal information of the victim C acquired as above, the person who was unaware of name transferred 40 million won from the Japanese bank account in the name of the victim C to the national bank account in the name of the defendant.

In addition, at around 14:05 on the same day, the person under whose name the victim was unawared by telephone to the victim D in the same manner, and the victim D opened the Japanese bank account under the name of the victim D and deposited money in the account, and at around 17:50 on the same day, the victim D transferred 12 million won from the Japanese bank account under the name of the defendant to the national bank account under the name of the defendant, using the victim D's personal information acquired by the same method.
