A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2015 Highest 3498] The Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution on February 3, 2016 to imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. at the Jung-gu District Court, which became final and conclusive on February 12, 2016.

Nevertheless, the Defendant received the victim's family registration certificate of F, who is the victim's relative in the same day from the injured party, from the cell phone, and used it in the F name, purchased the LG Plus cell phone in the name of F, and had the victim pay 337,170 won of the machine installment for LG Plus around November 2014.
In addition, on August 28, 2014, the Defendant opened two mobile phones in the name of the victim E in addition to this, and had the victim pay 1,067,000 won in total for LG Plus and SK telecom from November of the same year to July 2015.
Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim and let the above communications agencies receive the property.
