1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants and the designated parties are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The deceased D (Death on January 15, 1934) received the assessment of the instant land, and the deceased E (Death on November 10, 1961) inherited the deceased F, Plaintiff and deceased G (Death on February 22, 1963)’s property.

After the death of the deceased F, H et al., the deceased heir of the deceased F, filed an application for renunciation of inheritance with the Suwon District Court 2003Ra309, Ansan Branch of Suwon District Court, and the said court accepted the said application on August 4, 2003.

B. On January 30, 1965, the network I completed the registration of ownership transfer based on sale as of January 5, 1950 pursuant to the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of General Farmland (amended by Act No. 1657, Sep. 17, 1964; hereinafter “Special Measures Act”).

When the deceased I died, the deceased J completed the registration of ownership transfer on December 28, 1985 on the land of this case due to a consultation made on December 20, 1982.

C. On July 25, 1998, the Network J sold one half of the instant land to K and L on July 25, 1998, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the said land on the 29th of the same month.

K and L sold the instant land to M on September 28, 199, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the said land on November 2, 1999.

M sold the instant land to Defendant B on October 9, 2001, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the said land on October 16, 2001.

The Network J died on November 20, 2002, and succeeded to the property of Defendant C and Appointor N,O, P and Q.

A. The gist of the assertion was that the Plaintiff inherited the instant land as the sole heir of the deceased, a title holder of the instant land.
