Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

No driver of any motor vehicle, etc. shall threaten or threaten any other person or cause any danger to traffic by consecutively committing any act prescribed in the subparagraphs of Article 46-3 of the Road Traffic Act or by continuing or repeating any one act.

Nevertheless, at around 13:39 on March 17, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car and carried out a scam driving that leads to danger or injury to traffic or causes danger to traffic on the same day from the point of 56.5km in the direction of the Seoul Southern Metropolitan City Kimpo-gu to the point of 69.8km in the Yyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyangyang-gu, 13:47 on the same day by driving the said car at a level of about 13km to the point of 13km, such as speed violation, sudden change of dust, violation of the method of overtaking.
