1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff, a foreigner of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, entered the Republic of Korea as a non-professional employment (E-9) on June 23, 2010, and applied for refugee status to the Defendant on April 24, 2015.
B. On May 13, 2015, the Defendant rendered a disposition that does not recognize the Plaintiff as a refugee on the ground that the Plaintiff’s assertion does not constitute “a sufficiently-founded fear of persecution” as stipulated in the Refugee Act and the Convention on the Status of Refugees (hereinafter the instant disposition was taken under the following).
C. On June 3, 2015, the Plaintiff filed an objection with the Minister of Justice on June 3, 2015, but was rendered a decision dismissing the Plaintiff’s application on May 31, 2016.

2. Determination on the legitimacy of the disposition
A. Since 1985, there has been disputes over land issues between the Plaintiff’s assertion, the Plaintiff’s external third village and the remote third village. As a result, many people were killed, and the Plaintiff’s submission took the top in the process.
Around December 192, 201, there was a compromise between the members of the National Assembly and the props, but on December 29, 201, two people in the distant village were killed, and on the other hand, there was a threat to the other hand, such as the Plaintiff's external third village house's being aware that the number of people in the outer third village house were multiple, and the Plaintiff's outer third village house was living by the children in the outer third village.
As such, the disposition of this case, which was taken on a different premise, is unlawful even though the Plaintiff was under an stuff in the country of nationality.
(b) The definitions of terms used in this Act shall be as follows:
1. “Refugee” is a well-founded fear that there is a sufficient basis to recognize that a person may be injured for reasons of race, religion, nationality, status as a member of a particular social group or political opinion.
