The defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000,000, but if the above fine is not paid, KRW 100,000 ($0,000) shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 21, 2016, at around 17:00, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s left face by drinking on the ground that the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at C’s main points in Gwangju-dong-gu, Gwangju-gu, and was under the control of the victim D (n, 57 years of age).
