1. The Defendant’s KRW 32,443,558 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from July 31, 2015 to September 11, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Since the amendment of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, the part claiming damages for delay by 20% per annum among the Plaintiff’s claims for partial dismissal was changed to 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, the statutory interest rate applied after October 1, 2015 is limited to the said changed statutory interest rate since October 1, 2015.
3. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);
