Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 28, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million at the Seoul Northern District Court for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act. On June 2, 2008, the Defendant had a record of being issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Jung-gu District Court on June 2, 2008.

On March 30, 2013, at around 01:52, the Defendant driven a B-to-purd motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.194% in the section of approximately 2km from a place where it is impossible to know the new town of Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the road of approximately 26-14 meters in Dongdaemun-gu, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul.
