Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the captain who is responsible for the operation and fishery activities of low-net Chinese fishing vessels E (45 tons, tamper ships, and 280 E) other than Chinese vessels. Defendant B is a mate who facilitates fishery activities on deck at the time of navigation and fishery activities of the same fishing vessel, and Defendant C is an engineer who operates the same fishing vessel’s engine, fishery equipment, etc. and assists the captain and works as an engineer who facilitate fishery activities by assisting the captain.

On May 21, 2014, at 37:37 degrees North latitude and 125.04 degrees East longitude (the south East Eastern 17 nautical miles, and the EZ 50.4 nautical miles) of east longitude, Defendants moved water from 15:30 degrees North latitude and 37.36 degrees East latitude and 125.37 degrees East longitude (the south East East East 19.5 nautical miles, the EEz. 53 nautical miles) of 16:00 East east, 200 degrees East east 37.3 degrees East east east, 125.3 degrees East east east 53 nautical miles, and 37 degrees East east east 125.4 east east east east 16.00, and 125 degrees East east east 137 east east east east 53 east east 137 east east 7.3 east east east east
