A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the Changwon District Court on February 15, 2013, and the execution of the sentence is terminated by the Changwon District Court on September 14, 2013; on March 19, 2012, a fine of two million won for the same crime in the Changwon District Court Msan Branch Branch on March 19, 2012; on the 12th of the same month, a fine of one million won for the same crime in the Changwon District Court Msan Branch Branch for the same year; and

A. E. At around 08:00 on the 28th day of the same month, the victim PP operated in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, by deceiving the victim as if he would pay the drinking value, and the victim was received from the victim an aggregate of KRW 25,000,000;
