A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a cargo vehicle B with a ton of 1 ton.

The Defendant continued to stop the center separation zone of the management of the Kuung-gu Office at the time the vehicle was installed at this point.

Ultimately, the Defendant’s occupational negligence inflicted injury on the victim C, such as salt, tensions, etc., in which approximately two weeks’ treatment is required, and suffered injury to the victim G (the 57 years old) who is the passenger, such as base salt, tensions, etc., in need of approximately two weeks’ treatment, and at the same time, KRW 8,360,020 of the above i30 automobiles as repair cost, with approximately KRW 1,206,370 of the above 1,206,370 of the repair cost.
