”라고 말하면서 피해자들을 향해 위험한 물건인 온풍기를 들어 던질 듯이 행동하여 위협하고, 이에 방 밖으로 나가려는 피해자 E의 팔을 잡아 뒤로 꺾고, 피해자 F의 목에 위험한 물건인 일자형 라이터를 가까이 들이대면서 “ 찔러 죽여 버린다 ”라고 말하고, 위 일자형 라이터로 피해자 F의 음부를 향해 3~4 회 찌르는 시늉을 하며 “ 보지를 쑤셔 버리겠다 ”라고 말하였다.

2. 상해 피고인은 제 1 항 기재 일시, 장소에서 카운터 의자에 앉아 있던 위 ‘D 가요 방’ 종업원인 피해자 G(27 세) 의 손을 꺾고, 피해자 G의 머리를 깨물었으며, F을 향해 온풍기를 던지려고 하는 피고인을 피해자 G가 가로막자 손바닥으로 피해자 G의 뺨을 4회 때리고, 발로 피해자 G의 정강이를 1회 걷어찼다.
