Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for three years and six months and by a fine of thirty million won.

The above fine shall not be paid by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. A. Around December 2010, the Defendants: (a) had been hospitalized in the Military Service for the Information and Industry School of the Republic of Korea (U.S.) and had been aware of living expenses, such as the cost of clocks, etc., which were incurred by the Defendants, due to the shortage of living expenses; (b) around November 201, 2012, the Defendants attempted to steal another person’s money and valuables.

1) On January 9, 2013, at around 09:00, the Defendants: (a) discovered the key on the victim’s home gate; (b) opened the said gate with Defendant A; (c) opened the victim’s home gate with Defendant A; and (d) opened the victim’s home gate with Defendant B with Defendant B’s scambling scam on the victim’s home; and (d) entered the victim’s home 10 line with Defendant B with Defendant B with Defendant B’s 0 cellular phone 10,000,000 Busan 20,000,000 won and 10,000,000 won and 20,000 won and 10,000,000 won and 10,000,000 won and 10,000 won and 6,00,000 won and 15,00,00 won and more.
