1. The defendant shall pay 230,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from September 21, 2020 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. On March 11, 2020, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and completed the construction work with the Defendant’s total construction cost of KRW 660,000,000 (including value added tax) as the construction cost of metal windows and glass scrap metal among C works. The Plaintiff did not receive KRW 400,000,000 out of the construction cost.
Since then, the defendant would pay the plaintiff the above KRW 400,000,000 until October 15, 2020.
In return, the defendant is liable to pay the remaining construction cost of KRW 230,000,000 to the plaintiff and the delayed damages.
