The defendant shall order the plaintiffs to each point of the attached Form 1, 2, 3, and 1 among the 10m2 in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D's 10m2.

1. Basic facts

A. On March 18, 1997, J provided the shares of the land of this case as the site ownership of each household of the above multi-household housing, and completed registration of preservation of ownership as an aggregate building with respect to each of the above households.

(2) The Plaintiff purchased the instant land from Yongsan-gu on January 18, 2005 and completed the registration of transfer of ownership in its name on February 16, 2005, when the Plaintiff purchased the instant land from Yongsan-gu on January 18, 2005 and completed the registration of transfer of ownership in its name. The Plaintiff purchased the instant land from Yongsan-gu on February 16, 2005.

C. The J sold the land of this case and each of the households of this case to Plaintiff B, who is an son of K and K, as follows, and completed the registration of ownership transfer.
