Reasons

1. Basic facts

G. The Deceased died on August 11, 2007.

At the time of death, the Deceased owned each of the real estate listed in [Attachment 1, 4, and 10] of the list (hereinafter “instant real estate”).

On the other hand, the debt remains 63,060,307 won on February 28, 2002 against the KFFF (hereinafter "CFF").

H. As to the real estate listed in [Attachment 1.1. List No. 1 on November 23, 2007, the Defendant stated respectively in [Attachment 1] No. 4 through 10 on June 3, 2010.
