A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 23, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (e.g., measures to be taken after an accident) by driving a B B Poter truck on or around December 17:21, 2016, proceeding at a speed that would not be known in the direction of the same village in the direction of the Daegu-dong Bank located in the village of Daegu-gu, Daegu-dong-gu along the direction of the road, while neglecting to drive at a speed that would not be known in the direction of the same village, due to the negligence of changing the three lanes from the three lanes to the four lanes.

C Driving is driving three-lanes while driving into three-lanes in order to avoid collisions with DSS7 passenger vehicles.

E Driving caused an accident where the driver's lurged car is faced with the driver's vehicle.

Since the Defendant damaged the MF7’s car in the foregoing accident to be in excess of 775,724 won for repair, and Abred-purged car in excess of 869,351 won for repair, the Defendant did not immediately stop and take necessary measures, even though he did not take necessary measures.
