Punishment of the crime

[2019 Highest 2099] On February 9, 2019, the Defendant connected to the online game site “B” at the French site, and falsely posted a letter to the effect that “The sales of the game money so sold,” and reported it to the victim C who contacted, “the remittance of the price will be sent.”

However, the defendant was trying to defraud the price by deceiving the victim from the beginning, and even if he was paid the price, he did not have the intention or ability to send the game money.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 110,00 from the victim to the D account (E) in the name of the Defendant, and received KRW 1,839,000 in total over 13 times by deceiving the victims as shown in the attached crime list.

[2019 Highest 2867] On February 8, 2019, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim F that he/she would sell KRW 100,000 won of the game money to KRW 60,000,000,000,000 to the online game “B.”

However, since the defendant did not have the above game money, even if he received KRW 60,00 from the victim, he did not have the intent or ability to sell the above game money.

The defendant deceivings the victim by such a method, and he received 60,000 won from the victim as the price for the game money.
