Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 16, 2014, around 23:35, the Defendant: (a) expressed that the taxi engineer and the drunk passenger had a vision in front of the restaurant in Busan, Daegu, Busan, the Defendant: (b) took a bath to “sprinke, sprinke,” without any particular reason, while drunkly drinking to the circumstances belonging to the D Zone of the Busan, the Busan, the Maritime Police Station D Zone; and (c) the E, E, and the slopeF recommended him to return home; and (d) again, the Defendant committed an assault, such as “the police officer, spule, spoo, spoo, and sprink, where any,” to patrol the vehicle.

The E, E, and assistant F attempted to arrest the Defendant as a flagrant offender for the obstruction of performance of official duties, and the Defendant, by hand, assaulted the E’s bridge and arms, and the sloping F’s sloping and bridge by hand.

As such, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the prevention, suppression, and investigation of crimes.

2. As described in paragraph 1, the injured Defendant, at the same time, obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties in relation to the prevention, suppression, and investigation of crimes, and at the same time inflicted injury on the victim by using the victim F (the age of 44) for approximately two weeks, such as salt dynasiums requiring treatment.
