However, the Plaintiff claimed damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day following the day when a copy of the complaint was served to the Defendant, but the damages for delay under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings occurs from the day following the day when the copy of the complaint was served to the Defendant. Thus, the Plaintiff recognized damages for delay from April 11, 2018, the day following the day when the copy of the complaint was served
