Meanwhile, Article 14(1) of the terms and conditions applicable to the instant insurance contract provides that “the company shall compensate for any injury inflicted upon the insured in the event that the insured sustains bodily injury due to a sudden and unexpected accident that occurred during the insurance period,” and Article 15(1) of the terms and conditions provide that “The company shall compensate for any injury inflicted upon the insured in accordance with the terms and conditions.
