A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months and by a fine not exceeding 5,00,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) committed an act of arranging sexual traffic by having male customers receive 12-350,000 won from male customers and having them receive 12-350,000 won from October 5, 2018 to October 10, 2018 at the same place as an average of 3-4 male guests per day in the same manner.

2. Although a person violating the Immigration Control Act was prohibited from employing a foreigner who does not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment activities in the Republic of Korea, the Defendant employed the said G of the Russian nationality and H as an employee of a sexual traffic business establishment, who did not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment activities at the same date, time, and place as the preceding paragraph.
