A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, with the trade name “C” in Gunsan-si B, was a person who runs a car goods store, and was living together with the victim D (50 years of age) and from around 2011 on the premise of marriage, and was at the end of November 2018.

1. Violence;

A. A. Around April 2015, the Defendant committed several assaults on the victim’s bridge, bridge, and head, on the ground that the victim had the Defendant build the said C building by force.

B. On February 2, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s head, kiding the victim’s head, and expanding it on the floor by hand, on the ground that he was not able to promptly handle a vehicle from customers in the above C, and that he was not able to do so.

On June 30, 2018, the Defendant, within the above C, assaulted the victim’s head debt to expand it to the floor by putting the victim’s head debt up.
