Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the head of the regional secretariat in the election office of the E candidate, who was going out in the constituency D in the 20th election of the National Assembly on April 13, 2016.

No person shall publish or have another person publish or publicly announce false facts about the place of birth, family relation, status, occupation, career, property, act or activity of a candidate, a specific person or specific organization in favor of a candidate, his/her spouse, lineal ascendants or descendants, brothers or sisters, or siblings, by means of a speech, broadcast, newspaper, communication, magazine, poster, propaganda document, or other means, with the intention of getting elected or getting elected.
