1. Basic facts

A. D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D”) is a company established by Ed D with the aim of creating, selling, entrusting, etc., funeral-related projects (including graveyard creation and graveyard burial, charnel house, funeral wedding projects), and the Defendant Incorporated Foundation B (hereinafter “Defendant Incorporated Foundation”) is a foundation incorporated with the aim of creating, selling, and maintaining and managing a charnel cemetery, and taking over all assets and liabilities related to a charnel house from D with the purpose of establishing, selling, and maintaining and managing a charnel cemetery, and the Plaintiff was a son of F of the original pastor who was the head of a church, and the Defendant C was a former representative director of D and the former chief director of the Defendant Incorporated Foundation as the head of the church assisting the F.

B. D’s establishment 1) From around 1998, the church planned to establish and operate a modern-type charnel house and park by using the site of the Do council located in the Gri, and the foundation of the members. At the time, the Plaintiff, who was in charge of the financial advisory office of a church, paid its capital with its own funds on May 15, 200, established and took office as a director for the purpose of the establishment and sale of a charnel house. As the head of the church’s policy coordination office, the Defendant C, who supported the Rolog F as the representative director of D’s office, supported the Plaintiff and the F’s office in charge of the affairs related to the finance with the approval of the Plaintiff and the F, was on June 14, 200, concluded an agreement to borrow KRW 10 billion from the Korea Military Issues Corporation to raise funds for the promotion of the charnel project, and on December 15, 200, the Plaintiff purchased the said house from 300,000 won and 28,000.
