1. A distribution schedule prepared by the said court on September 4, 2014 with respect to the auction of the status of real estate E in the Suwon District Court.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Seocho-gu Saemaeul Community Fund applied for voluntary auction to the Suwon District Court E in relation to the F-owned land site, which is a reinforced concrete structure and the multi-family house of the fourth roof (hereinafter “instant building”).

The defendants are tenants with the fixed date of the building of this case. At the auction procedure of this case, the defendant D made a report on each right and demand for distribution with the amount of credit of 30,000,000, the amount of credit of the defendant C, the amount of credit of 15,000,000, and the amount of credit of the defendant B 35,000,000.
C. On September 4, 2014, this court drafted a distribution schedule (hereinafter “instant distribution schedule”) with the content that distributes KRW 30,000,000 to Defendant D in the fourth order (100%) on the date of distribution of the instant auction procedure, and KRW 15,00,000 to Defendant C in the fourth order (10%) and KRW 22,439,136 (64.11%) to Defendant B in the fifth order.
Meanwhile, in the auction procedure of this case, the Plaintiff asserted that he is a small lessee of the building of this case, and filed an objection against the amount of KRW 4,560,864 out of the dividend amount of KRW 22,439,136, out of the dividend amount of KRW 22,439,136, and the dividend amount of KRW 15,00,00,000 among the dividend amount of KRW 15,00,000 and KRW 30,000,000 for Defendant D, and the amount of KRW 4,560,864 out of the dividend amount of KRW 30,00,00 for Defendant D.

2. Summary of the parties' arguments
A. The Plaintiff’s assertion is between F and F, February 28, 2011, the deposit amount of KRW 25,000,000, and the period from March 1, 201 to February 28, 2012, with respect to KRW 204 of the instant building (hereinafter “instant lease”).
