Punishment of the crime

On June 7, 2013, at around 00:03, the Defendant driven a passenger car between B, while under the influence of alcohol of about 2 km from the 2km section from the front of a restaurant in the name of the head of the original apartment, which is linked to Jeju-si to the outer Doncheon-dong, to the outer Doncheon-dong.
