The defendant is a person who drives a rocketing car.

At around 21:20 on May 13, 2015, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at a section of approximately 500 meters in front of the Jin middle school located in the Southern-gu Busan Southern-gu Busan-gu, on the front of the cafeteria, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.067% of blood alcohol level.
