1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000;

The Defendant is a driver of a passenger car to be involved in options B.

On July 19, 2015, the Defendant driven a vehicle at approximately 500 meters prior to the Busan-gu 2 Public Security Center without a driver’s license on July 13:37, 2015, from the first floor parking lot located in the Busan-gu Busan-dong, Plux, to the front of the Busan-gu 2 Public Security Center.
