Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is an insurer who has concluded a motor vehicle mutual aid agreement with the Taejin Transportation Co., Ltd. and B bus (hereinafter “Plaintiff vehicle”).
B. 2. Determination as to the cause of claim
A.
