1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 150,196,210 with respect to the Plaintiff and the period from August 7, 2018 to August 21, 2018.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D”) is the owner of a factory and office (Fdong, G Dong, and H Dong) located in Kimhae-si.
Defendant C entered into a lease agreement with D on May 8, 2015 on the part of the said G-dong (hereinafter “instant building”) and runs a forest processing business, etc. with the trade name “I” in the instant plant.
Defendant B is an employee of the above company operated by Defendant C.
B. The Plaintiff entered into a fire insurance contract with D with respect to the instant building with the following content (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
The following three fire insurance coverage amounts are calculated by dividing the total sum (7,020,000,000 won) of the subscription amounts to each fire insurance (7,02,474,512 won, G Dong: 1,643,067,876 won, and H Dong: 1,597,953,585 won) by the proportion of the insurable value (F Dong: 3,322,474,512 won, G Dong: 1,643,067,876 won, and H Dong: 1,597,953,585 won, among the objects of each fire insurance (including installation machinery in the objects of the fire insurance under paragraph (2)). The amount of G subscription calculated accordingly is then divided by the proportion of the subscription amounts to the three fire insurance (3,00,000,000,000 won, 3,800,000 won, 220,000 won).

3. Fire insurance (securities number: L insurance period: From September 8, 2017 to September 8, 2018: Amount of insurance coverage in Kimhae-si: Matters of guarantee in KRW 5,073,536: Security against fire damage.
C. On the other hand, around April 30, 2018, at around 11:06, Defendant B’s seal room of the instant building using the washing rush30, which is the washing rush30 (one-class petroleum product category 4 category 1, which is less than 21°C) with low rashing points.
