1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one and half years;

2.Provided, That the defendant is above 3 years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From Jun. 2015, the Defendant resided in a container installed adjacent to a prefabricated-type container owned by the victim D, a mother of the Defendant in Gangwon-gun C from Jun. 2015, the Defendant committed the following crimes under the state of mental disability due to the death and injury of the victim, who is the mother of the Defendant in Gangwon-gun C, by failing to hear the horses of the Defendant, and that the family and the neighbors are disregarding the Defendant without hearing the horses of the Defendant.

1. Around 05:00 on July 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) destroyed special property by putting a complaint under the foregoing circumstances; and (b) putting about approximately one meter in length, which is a dangerous object in the surrounding place, at around 05:00; and (c) destroying a 3 million won of the market price, which was installed at the house windows and entrance doors owned by the victim.

2. To prevent general buildings and fire;

A. On July 23, 2015, around 13:50 on July 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) filed complaints in the above place on the following grounds; (b) stored five Hun clothes in the floor of a container container in which the Defendant is living; and (c) attached a disposable straw with fire, thereby making the Defendant spread to the entire non-breadth of the instant vessel, and destroyed all of the container containers owned by D having approximately KRW 1,110,000, KRW 110,000.

B. At around 08:50 on July 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) placed a complaint in the foregoing place; (b) laid down a prefabricated-type house (a total floor area of 36 square meters) with portable gas burners, and laid down a prefabricated-type house with a prefabricated-type house owned by approximately KRW 3,869,00,000, on the ground that the Defendant was placed on the bed part of a living room and had it spread over to the entire house.
