Criminal facts

Deciding to make false reports.

On March 17, 2016, the Defendant filed a false report stating that “On March 14, 2016, C brought about the Defendant’s wall that was in a passenger car in front of the Dong community service center, which was located in the Defendant’s seat, with the aim of having C punished a criminal punishment, on the grounds that the Defendant stolen cash 200,000 won in the Defendant’s seat, which was in front of the Dong community service center, for the purpose of having C take criminal punishment.”

However, there was no fact that C had stolen the money of the defendant.

Nevertheless, the defendant reported the above false facts and rejected the above C.
